or do what these other stores hitting 40-60% HPU by using the managers logins for all the bullsh-t and magically watch your denominator disappear so you can milk the spiff to your hearts content.
We don't need phone adds or vhis, we don't need to flip those 3 to 4 or 2 to 4s, na just sell na--d upgrades.

I cant wait for the firings just like how they fired all those reps for BIs, VHIs, and Second Numbers

I have had a fu--ing WHP pop up with a priority banner. How the FU-K is a $20 WHP line a priority to keep?? These same customers are the type to call into care / visit the store every other week because they they are constipated and want Verizon to help them out with it.

the d-mbest part is when the execs try to tell you about all these algorithms and AI nonsense that went into identifying these "customers"

how the fu-k is a flip phone customer a high potential of churn?

how is grandma who cant access her Facebook a high priority?

better yet, how is someone who owes $700 buyout a high priority? and why am i being penalized for it?

just make it about exceeding upgrade attainment, not this points "priority" attainment

I've seen plenty of customers with NO priority offers get absolutely shafted on upgrade deals and end up porting out. meanwhile the cheap a-s that did a welcome plan with byod has $1k off an iphone, and they always want a 512 GEE BEE Pro max on the cheapest plan! and they demand the upgrade fee be waived for their 3 months of 'loyalty'

They are managing HPUS all wrong and they know it. Just gives higher ups something to complain about. Here's a hint, they will always have something to complain about. Whether it be HPUS, calls, engagement, or sales.

What I hate the most is opening the store....
9 customers waiting to do sim changes because their phone is in SOS mode...
7 of the 9 have 4+ lines all have HPUS
Get hit with 28 orange tiles... and only 1 person buys a phone....

so now I'm @ 5% HPU because these people just came in because our service is bad and i can't make a spiff...

It's always about penalizing someone for doing their job while some reps run to grab the managers tab to avoid the tiles...
