The lack of support from Brand for Fiserv and Carat is alarming. While I know we are all being spoon fed by Marketing on all things Clover., Why is there such lackluster support for Carat, Fiserv, and Enterprise clients?

She is putting all her dollars and eggs in the Clover basket and Clover numbers are the lowest they have ever been, yet she continues to spend spend spend on it and ignore all other services and products.
I dealt with Global Brand one time, coming from the Banking product space, it wasn’t a good experience.
I honestly don’t think Shannon knows what Carat is. She’s too busy today at SXSW promoting herself to bother understanding this critical platform for the company’s enterprise client growth.
