Props to Truist

never thought I'd say this, but props to management for making things miserable. If it wasn’t for that mess, I'd still be stuck, not even thinking about leaving... but wow, it got bad and I had to do something.

Now I'm heading somewhere that actually values people. Better pay, real benefits, a place that doesn’t su-k the life out of you. life is good.

Truist is not that bad. It has gotten better over the years. As soon as your honeymoon phase wears off at your new employer, you’ll be complaining about them 🥱
