Want to know if I should leave. I get good reviews but no increase in three years. How is it out there for people outside Juniper?

Another set of employees impacted today . Just had an SE reach out to me for referral . This is just so so sad
No raise in three years means you are making less money now. Trade war is going to make it worse for you
Good reviews ? Everyone gets those and promises of stock options and what not ! Promises of writing letters about the great work done to higher execs and waiting for their response . It’s been 3 years I’ve been hearing the same from my manager . She gave me a meager 3% that doesn’t even come up to my grade level . Title and grade and pay are so so so different .
Did you not see the writing on the wall that says "get out"?
no need to wait for mist man or comp cycle since this company is so predictable. sorry to say but you still won't get an increase this year due to the "ongoing trade war."
