Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Time for C Suite to step up

AVP down have no control, just a puppet with their own jobs hanging over their heads. C Suite needs to wake up that perhaps the cuts need to be at their level forfeit their bonus and deny a pay raise. Let’s share the pain.

AVP’s do absolutely nothing. You could fire them all and there would be literally zero loss.

We need a Director and VP, the rest can be cleared out. Too many layers of upper mgmt now trying to validate their existence. I’m tired of every level having a townhall only to regurgitate the same information.

I'm not the thread starter.
Rather egregious example of the cache clearing downvoter.
There is zero chance that this many people are up on a saturday morning and excited to express support for AVPs. curently at negative 13

i've got a AVP trying to justify his job by acting as a middleman between the VP the SVP and my boss. Its a total TPS report situation. I preferred it when the AVP was simply missing in action. Completely unnecessary.
