With Trump suggesting that a recession is possible, I think that there is no way that layoffs are completed!

Got laid off yesterday and yes it's still ongoing. Stating reason is Business decision. Not much was provided. Most especially in compensation. Was with the company for 5 years. Just not happy with the REDUNDANCY reason they provided for laying us off. Laying off but hiring another batch for the reason "HIRING FOR A NEW SET OF SKILLS" WTF! So we can't be trained for that new skill set they were looking for?

It's not a mass layoff. It's a RIF before earnings report on the 10th. Seems to be 1 or 2 on average per team

They will roll out around the world on different dates due to legal requirements. Some countries give their workers much more protection than the United States.
