Why would you put yourself through continued misery? I know people who have been waiting on a surplus to impact them since 2017. That's a lot of years.
Turn off your 401K contributions, cut back your spending, save every penny, resign and go do something more meaningful.
They still offer severance packages??
Severance costs money.
You are missing the point. The point of RTO and FTW is for you to quit. They don’t want to pay you any severance.
