What's the status of the Genius launch? Announced at Investor Day but I'm not seeing it talked about in the market. Are we planning a big launch and roll out? How do I get a ticket to the party and some swag?

Oh right, I was gonna say leaders but we don't have those, just outdated and undesirable management. Calling them Leaders would be insulting to those worthy of that title. Just was in a meeting where a "Sr. Director" relationship management told us that our flagship APIs were not Flagship... and was quickly corrected by all of us even after they tried to double down instead of take accountability. What an embarrassment 🤣

It’s just a renaming of the existing POS solutions under a single name. BAU from what I understand when it comes to the individual business units.
What is genius?
Another terrible product replacing a terrible product. Global Payments has nothing to offer. The company is in shambles.
