I am in VGS and we just had yet another round last week with half of my team being cut. Yes half of my team. Bunch of people managers also impacted. I have been interviewing for weeks as something was in the air but every where it seems they are interviewing to justify that they tried choosing the best candidate while they already knew the choice. Must be Sam’s brilliant DEI driven strategy or something.
Question is: when are the next cuts scheduled? Seems to be quarterly for us but if you have intel let us know.
PS: VGS is really VGTS and the culture is from the old GTS. Disregard and disrespect.
