certain teams are being allowed remote work because the leaders realize the demand for creative people compels it. marketing leaders need the flexibility of hiring the most talented from across the world not just someone from berk or alph. similar things are happening in other areas of the business where the offices are constraining the leaderships ability to hire best in class
