I am remote, 17 years at Fiserv, no news. Total silence. I am not leaving without severance. When is the next remote layoff? I asked my VP, she doesn’t know. She said I was safe, I was disappointed.

Even if you were told you were safe, you are not safe.
If you were told you were being replaced, you could be an ongoing employee.
You can't trust Fiserv, not even for getting laid off.
Remote and wsiting (not so patiently). I was never told that the remaining remote folks were safe. hmm.... I might have been waiting for 2 years for the severance that is never going to happen. Anyone else told we were safe?
Just slack off and wait for a performance improvement plan. Fiserv PIPs always have the option to immediately resign with severance.
Question: do you even have an assigned office?
Everyone was told that if you have no assigned office, then your work arrangements stayed the same. I know this because half my team is in the NE nowhere near an office. They didn't get reassigned to one.
I am 2 years as well. I refused to resign, I need my severance. I am praying for the layoff. I was told the remaining folks to stay remote. I don’t trust Fiserv.

Exactly the same for us, nearly two years - crickets.
Exactly the same. No update either. We were all left in limbo almost 2 years ago when they told us our days were numbers if we didn’t move. When we ask they say they don’t know anything.
