Anyone know if personal leave will reset a PIP? Asking for a friend ha.. Been with the company almost 9yrs and I'm sick and tired of the groundhog day grind. Chargebacks going back over 6 months while we were short staffed forced the reps working to carry the load then just to meet quota set for the store but is now forcing us to carry the inflated burden of chargebacks. I don't think it's possible for the overpaid, underworked, under qualified and out of
touch leadership to grasp this concept. Happening to anyone else?

Haha selling with integrity will get you on a PIP faster than chargebacks.. you'd never hit quota
Maybe sell with integrity next time.
Even still if I were to take FMLA for 2months, out of a 6 month chargeback period, you'd still start the next cycle with a 33.33% advantage.
You were able to dodge the bullet with not being written up going on STD/FMLA, however the new policy/rule is that whatever your results were prior to taking leave still stands in place
