I'm exhausted. Working long hours while being micromanaged to the maximum, a boss who doesn't know how to set priorities, backstabbing yes man colleagues who are not marketable so they fight to save their job here but in a very bad way.. I used to love my job here. I stayed here until now because it is difficult for me to start somewhere new after so many years here. However, I think I am close to giving notice. In which moment did you finally reach the breaking point and resign?

I was original Fiserv and worked to try to save myself and still got cut. Ride out as much time as you can while taking care of yourself and get networking and looking. Get ahead of the ball because the ball is coming. Best of luck and if you get a package in the process, cheers!
Don't wait to be the last out the door or to be pushed out the door. For me, the time came when my I can't provide good service.
When they told me I was laid off. That's when I really decided it was time to leave.
Once i had a new job and cleared the employment screening
dont resign. if you an original fiserv employee FB will send you packing anyway hopefully with severance.
