Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

TAS Townhall

I hope to walk away with something from these town halls but all I get is a headache. The amount of BS in an hour and a half is unreal. How about we spend time on doing audits instead of listening to empty gestures. You lied and misled people to get them here, they are never going to believe you care about the people.

My bet is hubs and remote workers will both go away and all audit positions will be in Charlotte, probably as a hybrid couple days a week in the office instead of four which will make lots of people happy and allow for enough space. Or maybe not, they may also bring back DD, who knows ha!

They lied when they said the engagement council had representation from each office when it does not. Figure out how to include people in smaller locations and you will get better outcomes. We all know if you are not in Charlotte you are a step child and if your not in a hub you do not exist.

At least we didn’t have to listen to MAM or MM this time!

And you Teammates thought Grant was going to save audit. More of the same when he brought back former Suntrust audit people who had a mess at Suntrust. Rinse, wash, repeat!

The USAA auditors who left that bank in utter shambles?

The irony of MK only calling out people from USAA during her shoutouts for CSBB. Playing favorites much?!?!?
