Work - Work Balance

This company always preached work - life balance but lets discuss work-work balance

My region (northeast) and primarily my district is just a constant beratement of negativity from the district manager. Its a daily what you are doing wrong, being on a bad list and than having to go on a call and be berated in front of your peers. This behavior is making the work - work life balance miserable and having low morale all day, every day!!

We don’t need a pat on the back or even a “good job” cause coming from him it isn't genuine. We definitely don't need a contest to motivate us or even award perqs…..what we need is to stop causing morale to be low

You deserve to be treated with respect. Document. Take the lead. Sit down with them and talk about the issue. Yall may be able to come to an understanding. If that doesnt work, continue to document and escalate with HR. Dont let it fester. Build the case and take the initiative to manage your manager.
