This company always preached work - life balance but lets discuss work-work balance
My region (northeast) and primarily my district is just a constant beratement of negativity from the district manager. Its a daily what you are doing wrong, being on a bad list and than having to go on a call and be berated in front of your peers. This behavior is making the work - work life balance miserable and having low morale all day, every day!!
We don’t need a pat on the back or even a “good job” cause coming from him it isn't genuine. We definitely don't need a contest to motivate us or even award perqs…..what we need is to stop causing morale to be low
