Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Still waiting….

We’re chanting and standing and fist pumping for nothing if there are no leadership changes. We want to break free and do our best and communicate truthfully and take risks, but our toxic leaders, particularly in GT are still in place.
The hype meetings make us feel good while we’re there and a few hours after, but back in the office with our clueless leaders making poor decisions in a vacuum quickly brings us back to square one.

DO THE RIGHT THING please.

As long as PK and his hand-picked board of sycophantic boot-lickers are around, nothing will change.

From a “first principles”(heh heh to my GT innovation theater folks) perspective DEI and sport are literally at polar odds with each other. If Nike does away with DEI it would be aligned with their desire to go back to the basics: sport.

DEI has not been rolled back yet either. With Wall Street and Silicon Valley reversing their stance, Nike is likely to follow suit soon. These decisions are interconnected.
