Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Anyone still not have their YTRs released yet?

Title speaks for itself. Auto-release date is approaching, losing hope for early release by manager.

HR says YTR modules will be available in Workday at the end of 2Q.
Yes, it was usually given before the bonus payout.
That letter was the Annual Compensation Statement (ACS).

I love it when mo--ns downvote fully factual posts. That's why we should expect that a big majority of the stuff posted here is complete cow pies.

"Management knows auto release is not the norm; we are used to getting YTR during the last week of Feb. Why not make an announcement and tell everyone? "

Because they don't care; and they are going out of their way to show how much they hate their employees and to watch them squirm. And, ironically, they are doing Employee Appreciation Week. Tone deaf to the core. The company is Atlas Shrugged.

Apparently the YTR FAQ was not a feature migrated to Workday either.

@ad+1jnf03zn1 is the winner of the chicken dinner!

That's exactly how our org did it last week.

The main difference is only the raise and salary band info is available on the two pages that are available.

The rest of the document, with your benefits, 401(k) activity, etc... will be included in the 3/6 auto release. FWIW, in the past, your boss could only see the first two pages anyway, only you could see the rest.

If your manager couldn’t make sharing the info with you a priority, doesn’t say too much for your manager. The Total YTR that includes benefits and other info won’t be coming out for a couple months. Only your raise will be shared 3/6. And your bonus which is payable this week, is available in Workday.

Management knows auto release is not the norm; we are used to getting YTR during the last week of Feb. Why not make an announcement and tell everyone? Why let people keep checking for it everyday? It’s like it’s another stupid test. Who is too busy working vs who asks about it. Respect for the individual is not a thing anymore apparently.

Do anyone know why they do this ?

another 'enhancement' with migrating to workday versus using a home grown system like ytr.

supervisors can download it and email it to you. or print it for you. or show it to you in a screensharing. But apparently 'releasing' it, having it be sent as an email directly to me, is a no go. i heard the same that it will autorelease on some date in the future.

thankfully my boss made it a priority to get it to us in spite of being very busy having just returned from vacation.

Same. Boss told me the release schedule was changed this year and it's all automated, they can't release it to us.

Supervisors can't release them this year, auto-release only, but can show them to you.
