Retired. Lost discount. Moving to TMO, however, T refusing to unlock our phones. Went to ATT store, explained situation. They asked if we're leaving T. Told them why. They laughed and said it happens all the time. Phones still not unlocked, even though paid off.

Classic.

Yeah, switch to T cause they need to improve the numbers. That is how T is getting new customers. First qtr results will be glamorous. Stankey will get big bonus.

I thought T was positioning itself as the premium product. Should we discount a premium service! It is sooooo goooood that you get a few pennies credit if the awesome service goes down.

The last thing a commodity wants to do is get in a price war.

Huh. I would have thought that the AT&T Guarantee would have people flooding into our stores in hopes of getting a $3 credit when the network goes down.

Is that you John posting here this nonsense? Keep up good work and continue. Did you also upgraded to 16e? In such case we expect that you will stay with T for another 3 years.

T-mobile relies on AT&T fiber backbone for their cell tower connections because they aren’t a real carrier. T-mob is only a mobile company, have they offered you any wireline internet or VoIP? nope because they can’t.

I know people who works at AT&T but uses T-Mobile

I'm one of them. My t-mobile deal is cheaper than AT&T even with employee discount. And if I get another line, it will be with mint mobile.

Never ever. T has been good to me and my family. Every house, meals, and clothing T has paid for.

Great deal BWAAHHHAAAA!!!!!!!
You’re locked in for THREE YEARS with a list of caveats so long, with each one detracting from your service quality.
No 4K streaming, limited hot spot data, speed slow-downs for any number of reasons and circumstances, phone financing charged to your line at full price and credited back to you minus interest. IMO, AT&T is incapable of providing a competitive product without adding a litany of fine print. Turn and cough little brains, turn and cough.

I also am an existing customer and upgraded my phone for $5 a month increase for three years. Great Deal! nice that AT&T is also offering deals for existing customers because they use to only offer new customers the deals.

I just upgraded to the new 16e for little over $5 @ month for 3 years, didn’t have to trade in phone and am already existing customer on an unlimited plan. Saved a lot, thanks AT&T.
