I actively fantasize of reading the Glassdoor reviews to Mike and Frank at a town hall Jimmy Kimmel mean tweets style, dropping the mic and quitting.

No sense being a je-k. Upper management isn't going to give a toss and the only people hurt are co-workers and maybe your manager. Be the bigger person.
I wrote a generic, professional letter and performed some intense knowledge transfer that really helped a colleague successfully complete a project after I was gone. As a result, my manager ensured my reported end date allowed me to avoid a possible lapse in insurance before my new job started. Nice person. I wonder if he/she is still there.
Tell them exactly why you are leaving as professionally as you can. I was very candid when I left.
If you love this place let them know with a nice glass door review
@bn+1jn84yb8z Big talker. Let me know where and when so I can enjoy the show.
I will just get another job as soon as this ghost economy is over and treat my team like a professional.
Drop kick my laptop through the window on the BH top floor.
Like a ghost. I just would stop showing up for work.
I'd stand up in the next townhall to tell leadership exactly how I feel and how out of touch they are. Then I'd address the employees with an invigorating speech in hopes of causing a mass walk out.
