With this week's announcement of reorganization on shared Services side - Engineering, Integrity and Ops Field Support, is it safe to read between the lines and assume there will be people pushed out on both sides of the border? Feel like between Supervisor-Manager-Director, there will lots of duplicate positions to be eliminated.

Have you ever heard of age discrimination? If they’re smart, they’ll open up voluntary workforce reductions US-wide across all BU’s and they’ll get plenty of 55+…. Problem solved!
And so the countdown begins. Due to the amalgamation of the new utilities, there will be lots of duplicates. If you are over 55+ I'd be worried and polishing my resume.HR and senior leaders will be starting with older employees.
