Serious question. It does seem like some very common sense posts end up getting deleted. Then some ridiculous posts get to stay up. Who are the moderators and what are their motives?

Every weekend Layoff.Com is the target of obscene, tasteless, NSFW threads that if posted on your work computer would get you terminated. The word is out that the moderators don't work on the weekends. Site should require Email and password, then we will see how brave the id--ts are.
Are you full of sh-t? This is a layoff site for all companies. They don’t hire someone from T to moderate. Go check out the other companies. The world doesn’t revolve you buddy
