Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

What is the Update on ACS

Hey everyone, let’s be transparent this year. What kind of raise increases have you received. Share your title whether you’re an Expert, Principal, Senior, Lead, etc and where you are in relation to your midpoint. Let’s raise the bar and level set with everyone.

Apparently, HR is recommending decent raises this year. I personally received over 5.5 as a Lead. Drop your numbers and let’s compare!

“The only ones getting high raises are comped a lot lower than their peers. If you got a good raise, it’s because you’re underpaid lol”

True, but I’ve only been in my title for a few years. You on the other hand have been stuck with no place to go for a long long time. lol

Over 6% this year, but as others have said, it was probably because I was way below where I should have been. In the last 1-1.5 years, we had org changes, and while my actual pay had increased, my 5.5% "raise" last year actually left me a couple thousand BELOW mid-tier for the first time in over 20 years.

Same - Principal Engineer, bottom of top tier. Exemplary. 2%

The higher up the tier you go, the lower the increases.
