Zero mention of more substantive ethics & compliance violations like side deals with hyperscalers and ecosystem deployment partners. The market unit I worked in had more side deals than side doors.

“Policy Violations” are largely (not fully) a we-pon being leveraged by SAP HR to root out people that management wants out.

They draft a list of complaints then force the targeted employee to address the allegations without being given any information about the complaints. You're then bound to not communicate the review to anyone or you’re found to be in violation. You cant ask anyone to speak to your defense. You are isolated and given nothing to help yourself.

Then you are out. SAP has become very, very good at this. If you are in Loretta and Taras “cross hairs” don't walk.. run.
