Mike is handcuffed, given a pile of cr-p. He was president, not CEO of PNC. Doesn't come with his own network of MC he can put in place. He is stuck with Chris and Gibbons (good GOD!), who will hang around until they are 90 years old and make sure they ki-l everyone that knows more than them (which is not hard by the measure). If you want a better work/life balance, leave on good terms and come back if and when there is a turn around. Will not be as long as this MC is here. There is zero strategy, just cutting of expenses to boost stock.

The CEO is their boss. He can fire them if he wants. They can't for him. So he's in control...or at least he will be whenever Frank finally gets the fu-k out.
The company needs an en--a to clean out the bowels (c-suite). Hopefully the entire MC will be flushed out

Lyons will be CEO once FB is pushed out the door. If you recall, FB pushed out Yabuki's folks for his own cronies. What makes you think Lyons is keeping JG and the other flunkies?
