Thread regarding Omnissa layoffs

Account manager dashboard

there is now posting real time of performance by rep and manager region attainment performance

165 or so reps in Americas

Reps being told by most managers that they bring in very little deals and money so they don’t pay for themselves

KKR needs to remove Shankar and about 125 of 165 reps and 90% of solution engineers all bad bad bad bad bad

Mister Canada, lol... Speak to anyone in that team and they will tell you, he is out of touch with the patch. He is pushing for the reps and the SE to work in silos while the business is shrinking daily. His ego and ignorance is toxic to the team... which is exactly what the top leadership want. To have people leave so they dont have to lay people off. No wonder the top talent have already left... Whoever ends up buying Omnissa from KKR will only be buying it for whatever customers base we would have left. The technology is outdated, the talent has been drained, the culture is a swamp... there is nothing left.

Many people have resigned under mister canada in the past... he is delusional and completely out of touch with reality with his numbers. It is a laughable matter to watch this tool make an a$$ of himself.

We don't need this many sales reps to book SaaS and license renewal orders from the remaining customers. Since there is no new customer growth, a few order takers can harvest what's left in the declining installed base.
