Centerwell AIP

Why haven't Centerwell employees been told what their AIP is? Does anyone have information on this?

Haven't heard a peep - my pay rate is still the same.

Only certain team members are valued here. Our AIP got taken away last year and we were told for us out on the floor it is no more. So yes, as dishonest as Humana leadership is they were probably trying to keep it quiet for as long as possible.

The question is about the bonus--- aip--- centerwell has not heard an amount and structure changed this year. we are told payout is april 26, but have no amount. raises were already sent.

  1. 5% raise or AIP? That number doesn't make sense for AIP

Absolutely unconscionable on Humana’s part. Centerwell pay and benefits are already worse than Humana insurance side now this!

The delay reason has changed several times. I smell a rat. We will all have worked a year and a half before we hear results at this point.
