Is the location of AT&T provided corporate laptops tracked at AT&T? Is there any GPS capability in the Dell laptops?

Just do the right thing.
They don't need GPS to track your laptop. They simply record your IP address when you logon to the network. If it's an AT&T building assigned one, you are in the building. Otherwise you aren't. So don't use any guest wifi network in a building or they'll think your working outside the office.
They are also tracking phones which is a different question so also don't leave any corporate provided phone at home or they'll think you aren't in the office.
The latest WiFi has GPS built in. Your being tracked.
Doubtful, very doubtful! Sounds like you're paranoid from smoking too much doobage!
What a sketch-a-s question. WTH difference does it make if you're not doing something you shouldn't. The only possible scenario that doesn't make you look sketchy is if they're trying to say you're not reporting to work when you in fact are, and perhaps the presence reporting based on badge scanning is incorrect. In that case, laptop geo might help you.
Peculiar question,
It sounds like you are not very smart, and you probably ought to be let go.
If you have an activated LTE cellular SIM, yes. Without that, probably not.
Absolutely.
Easy one. YES
