lol ive never seen any probationary employees let go at this company, even if you cant learn the job. years ago an HR lady told me she had only seen one, but she was a trainwreck.

If only we could get Federal Doge severance. Something like 8 months, must be nice but the probationary employees are whining. They knew going in their job could be cut at anytime.
