HR is bad… but nothing can ever be as bad as Tech. A multiple billion dollar disaster eating up all the companies capital investment capacity and providing broken services in return. When is someone actually going to blow this up and return all of the money from the offshore sweat shops and dodgy contracts put in place by Rat, LJ and their cronies?
