Broken Presence PBI report

The PBI Presence report is so simple to create. Why is Jay&Co having such a hard time getting it right? A TDP could have this thing coded and more accurate in less than a week. It’s taking Jay over a year.

Decisions that affect your life everyday were made based on the broken presence report, and lying Jay telling stinky it was 100% accurate last year.

We are 5 days now instead of 3 because the data was all wrong but Stankey was told it’s very accurate (thanks Jay D). We weren’t allowed to see it then, but we are now, which means they really thought this report was 100%. That has all come crashing down as it’s being picked apart as totally wrong almost everyday.

Only question left is will they admit they were wrong?

Take a picture of yourself in the office every hour and send to your supervisor. Look, now you have electronic trail of proof.

I could have built it in a day with full access to the Snowflake tables, and it would be accurate. The problem is not the report accuracy, the problem is the management philosophy of negative reinforcement and oppression that caused it to be created. People respond better to the carrot than the stick. The report should not exist. Instead measures of productivity should be the metric.

The new duration report to check every one in/out time, also making ridiculous error all the time. So surprising they dare to release to everyone view it.

“The Stank said he made the decision after seeing the 3day RTO data. He either knowingly lied, or isn’t man enough to admit he made a mistake.”

I remember some bald guy driving into the office around 2014 all excited about his forward thinking idea about DTV. I recall him referring to all those dishes on the roofs of his neighborhood as “money tractor beams”. I said what? “money what?” He went on to quote some article about a tractor beam experiment he just read. Doesn’t matter. The point is, this guy made the decision about DTV based on bad data, by counting how many DTV Satellites he saw driving through his neighborhood. Now you know the mentality.

Now get to the office and get to work.

Let's stop spreading false information. We are 5x RTO because Stankey wants to reduce head count expense because he cannot grow margin. We have $10B in less revenue in 2024 than we did in 2014, and that is after spending around $250B in capex. On top of that, we have reduced the dividend by 3%. Stankeny is just trying to make his margin numbers, pure and simple. The incorrect report could have shown us working 22 hours at home each day and we would still be in the office 5x. Stankey is an A$$HOLE.
