Fiserv board authorized a repurchase of 60M shares (60M * $230) and FBJ will get a 1 time capital gains exemption in taking the position. So he gets $73k/year plus about $750M in tax free stock. He will be just fine. Saves him $150-200M in taxes
He's going to force Fiserv to buy his shares at the current market price. The share price would fall if he tried to dump that number of shares on the open market, This way he gets maximum value out of the company.
The SSA job is just the excuse he is going to use to claim that Fiserv needs to cash him out.

What I don't get is - why would he accept something that only pays $73k /yr after r@ping and pill@ging millions here for so may years! Baffling and suspicious at the same time.
"As of February 2025, the average annual salary for a Commissioner at The United States Social Security Administration is $72,946, which translates to approximately $35 per hour."
You’re looking at the wrong one. He’s still the nominee for SSA commissioner.
