time to move on, this company is not aligning with what they are saying, as well as rich get richer poor poorer, if you smart enough you leave now, before others leave and you have to do their jobs for free as this company never ever valued their hard workers, this company became a joke, dont waste your time, you get drained, and eventually destroying your health and family and friends connections.
i agree on last poster. it's become a joke anymore - raises are doled out according ot budgets, and we have zero representation as they change benefits.
If unionize is not the answer, then we should have elected employee reps from each business unit that sit at the table during compensations and benefits review at the executive level to argue for employee rights.
the joke anymore is that raises are given based on merit - if we are just being given rote raises per whatever management "deems" to be the budget this year they can "afford" then why not standardize the raises and everyone just does their job and goes home.
