I work in a branch today we found out the incentive we would be getting for 4th quarter will be another two weeks. I've been here almost 10 years and this is the first time it's happened. I bet the executives got their bonuses on time. My coworkers are mad too. We depend on that extra money we work hard for that extra money.

I didn't get mine for the fourth quarter until March last year. This isn't a "sc--w up". It's par for the course
If you’re referring to a quarterly bonus I’m guessing someone sc--wed up and I’m sorry. That should be paid by end of February.

Not everyone gets bonuses, AIP or incentives so before complaining perhaps have a thought for those of who are straight up salary with none of the afore mentioned incentives.

Don’t get too worked up. Other posts have addressed this. This is 1% of the 2% match they took away from us for 2024. So instead of that 1% growing over 2024, they are giving it to us now to your 401k.
Now I predict that is going to be used as the excuse for no merit increases. That lovely “gift” is known about by your annual review. This year it wasn’t. I vote they take their name off the PGA golf tournament and the money path by to Accenture and give it back to us keeping the doors open. And while they are at it, hire back the good hardworking people who were let go or forced to join Accenture and train their replacements.
