Raise and AIP

Share your % and AIP personal multiplier. Let’s see if anyone feels they received what they deserved and whether they feel fairly treated or violated.
Sr. Professional full rating, target 8%. raise of 2.5%, personal multiplier 90%. For those that like math: 90% of 90% of 8% of say 100k is 6480 vs 8000 if both company and personal were 100%. Just sayin, don’t let them gaslight you that this is a great compensation increase!

Just like a bank account- it all has to equal out. If someone on the team gets 110%- then someone else on the team has to get less than 100%- It doesn't mean that person wasn't great. It just means that someone was above and beyond and it has to come from somewhere. And same with pay increases. If a manager has someone they are trying to bring up to same pay as another associate- anything they pay them over the average, has to come from somewhere. It's not all personal- it's just all math. Try not to take it personally. And a % increase is really dependent on your pay. If you are higher salaried- you may get less % increase because every % brings you more $ than someone making less than you. And at the end of the day, know that it isn't always 100% up to your manager. The department head can go back and rebalance when they look at holistically and there is nothing your manager can do at that point.

76 and 39% raises no way
And what's an excellence award

Our AIP was taken away, along with our individual production quarterly bonuses. Only our leadership gets AIP which is a slap in our face daily.

Maybe they were on the higher end of the full rating. Leaders are only able to give out a limited amount of exceptional ratings, thus giving the Full ratings that were more exceptional than the other Full ratings a higher percentage is their way of saying "Thank you" for a job well done. Maybe they had a little (or lot) better metrics, maybe they spoke up more in meetings, maybe they assisted others more, there's so many variables that go into it that we do not see from our end. It is all subjective and that's why they are our manager all year and watch everything we do.

It is also not fair among care managers in SNP. It's subjective and varies from team to team and leader to leader. Several of my friends got 100% with a "full" rating on different teams and others like myself barely got 95%. and if you try to question it, you won't get a clear answer despite leadership's "transparency".

It's not designed to be fare amongst the CMs. It's designed to reward the best of the best!!! I know several that were over 100, including myself, and those that were not near 100. It's based off metrics as well.

Individual multiplier under 100 is not behavior based. Each leader is given a budget to work with for the entire team. Sometimes the only way to ensure every associate on the team gets something is to drop everyone below 100. Rarely is the budget big enough for everyone on one team to get 100. At least that's how it works in Care Management anyways.

If your personal multiplier is under 100% you should take a second to evaluate what you can do more of this year. That’s not necessarily metrics, that is all behavior based.

Anyone else mad as heck about a 1.5% raise because “you’re at the top of the pay scale”? This is BS. Leader told me to look for a lead job with a higher pay scale!

  1. 4% increase; 6% and 90% multiplier Full. I never count on AIP but honestly I know so many losing their jobs so I’m thankful to keep mine. Any raise and bonus is welcome but again I’m thankful it’s not a pink slip. Be grateful people!
