HISD would be next if they could ever find a buyer.
One year after the Thermo acquisition, less than 10% of Solventum employees will still be around at Thermo.
Unitek should be next
Who really knows what will happen with dental or HIS, but it seems like they will be divested. Then BH can use the cash to make medtech acquisitions or just choose to get gobbled up by a bigger medtech.
Similar fate for 3M seems likely.
To sum up. Aero, PFAS, and MR’s “leadership” accelerated the end for 3M as we knew. Prior to that, wheels were set in motion by Jim McN 20+ years ago . . . and then he moved on to destroy an even greater American company.
Begining of the end for Solventum.
To be broken up into pieces and sold off to various businesses. That was the plan all along.
Great for the PF unit employees, ThermoFisher is a great company.
An omen of what’s to come for Dental and HIS
