Average Hours Report - why for exempt roles only?

It clearly states on the report info that this is or will be available only for exempt employees. Wouldn't it make more sense to have this for non-exempt titles since they are paid hourly and any discrepancy between this report and Infor would lead to possible COBC violation?

Correct, go to PBI and click general information for the average hours report. It clearly states it only reflects exempt management employees.

So what’s the difference between exempt and non-exempt at this point? I think the company is about to get sued and have to pay the exempt a bunch of OT.

This would become very costly. This company runs on such a thin margin we had to implement RTO to get people to quit because we can’t afford severance. Once you understand that and the debt this company is and will be dealing with for the next 40 years you’ll understand it’s one mistake away from bankruptcy.

They will have to pay OT for non exempt.

Likely because if the report shows any non-exempt manager working 10 hours, but only charging business 8, they would potentially owe a lot of $$$ to people.
