Is that it’s essentially privately owned by PK and his family. And operated with archaic rules that wouldn’t hold in any regular corporation. So regardless of all of us shareholders voting, the BOD ultimately executes what PK wants. Are you all not surprised that EH has been in place for almost 4 months and not one major move has been made in restructuring his SLT? And no HR and Sports Marketing/Legal doesn’t cut it. I mean a shakeup of the business facing leadership at the top. In any other normal company there would be a reset and rebuild. Here at Nike it’s a small trickle of change that means nothing ultimately and doesn’t help with culture rebuild in these teams who are begging for change at the top but are disappointed daily by no action being taken. I think sadly EH has to execute what PK wants but PK is old now and doesn’t understand his company is sinking and needs a reboot. EH needs help and this SLT aint going to deliver.
