"I heard they are working on deducting the time you spent in rest room. Watch out!!!"
I bought a stadium buddy and remain at my desk all day.
I heard they are working on deducting the time you spent in rest room. Watch out!!!
“ Wrong. Could see anyone's before. Supposed to or not, we could.“
Don’t know what you were looking at. You were not looking at anyone else’s average hours, unless they worked under you. Because that wasn’t possible.
This reporting is all half-baked, baboonery jive talk.

We did swipe the badge at 8:30am and logged in by 8:35am. Who the f**k has time to chat for 2 hours before starting work.
"The clock-in times are still inaccurate. On a few days, I swiped my badge at 8:30 a.m., but the report shows that I signed in at 10:00 a.m. on those days."
Times are based on network access. Badging in at 8:30 and then chatting for and hour before logging on doesn't count.
"No, you could not. Unless you had direct reports. Otherwise, you could only view your own UID."
Wrong. Could see anyone's before. Supposed to or not, we could.
I love that the report actually says-
“Not to be confused with attendance”
That’s because there is NO attendance policy for exempt employees.
They are try to work around legal issues with disclaimers like that.
"This sounds like a prison"
Not hardly . . . in a prison you get 3 meals and your own space.
The employee details which show daily numbers are not loading
This is pathetic. T can’t even create good system to track employee office hours. How complex is that? What else T can’t do? Maybe they should engage third party and pay big $$$$ for it. That is what T does best, wasting money and resources.
The report was being updated with data from week of 2/9. However, it is still incorrect. It reported me less hours one day and more hours than I worked another day. I am taking a picture with location data when I arrive at work and when I leave. I am also swiping my badge when I exit.
This sounds like a prison
The report is still there, you’re not clicking in the right place. I saw it today.
due to the amount of feedback reporting inaccurate data ?
"The clock-in times are still inaccurate. On a few days, I swiped my badge at 8:30 a.m., but the report shows that I signed in at 10:00 a.m. on those days."
badge swipes? LOL
I would expect that, like the previous version of the report, they are not going to make it available to individual contributors. I think it was a mistake or error that it was open to everyone to see their own report.
This is not a company that wants transparency in reporting.
I'll be quite surprised if it is available once its "fixed".
“ Wrong. People showed more than 8 hours for some days and it dawned on the geniuses that they would end up on the hook paying for overtime based on those numbers and be liable for wage and hour law violations.”
Either way it’s the responsibility of the EMPLOYEE to input their time accurately.
So if the reports don’t match it’s an issue.
One rogue developer did a power to the people move.
We cannot fulfill our purpose to be the best CONnectivity provider in the country unless we can all have our as--s in our seats and our laptops CONnected to the corporate network AT LEAST 8 hours a day. The Great STANKEY understands this. Why don't you?
ITT was extremely inaccurate it shows my team were all 8+ hours each day but we only do 6 and our mgr only does 5.
They need to just do away with the tracking and the report, sh-t is draconian.
Someone is going to sue, I GUARANTEE it
Wouldn’t that be funny as fu-k if someone filed a suit for unpaid overtime wages and used T’s own data against them?
T would have to admit one of two things
ROFL!
80-90% of the workforce was about to be written up or terminated.
Wrong. People showed more than 8 hours for some days and it dawned on the geniuses that they would end up on the hook paying for overtime based on those numbers and be liable for wage and hour law violations.
Wait so you’re telling me some id--t forgot to do
X/60 to calculate the percentage of an hour?
Wow what wh-z outsourced developers they must have working on this monumental piece of fu--ing trash.
The whole logic is flawed, stupid and lame.. if you are tracking 8 hrs, you cannot show that i worked for 7.75 hours. It has to be 7.45.. it's elementary. Some dufus calculated time as a percentage and who knows what logic they got wrong..
Maybe cdo, cso tech dev and hr are all working now to get that sorted out.
It’s a piece of sh-t and the entire design premise (using personal pc’s to log active office time) is flawed.
It needs to be thrown in the trash.
If they really want to monitor enter and exit times they need to install card readers for exit or implement some other tracking solution.
It was built to default back 15 minutes but sounds like a lot worse than that .
It is being tweaked. It was the beta version before the actual is rolled out.
The clock-in times are still inaccurate. On a few days, I swiped my badge at 8:30 a.m., but the report shows that I signed in at 10:00 a.m. on those days.
It’s because hourly employees were visible and they weren’t averaging 8 hours in office.
Their INFOR time charged was 8 hours meaning EVERY employee below 8 on the hours report was in violation of COBC for falsification of time.
80-90% of the workforce was about to be written up or terminated.
I am guessing it had to do with the sheer traffic they drive to it, and the fact that it was quickly discovered it was not quite "ready for prime time".
Don't get excited, it's not going anywhere...will be back before you know it.
And if you were under a 4 hours average for Jan and/ or Feb, you're still going to have some 'splaining to do.
I thought it’s under 3, but again if we add both I am way up in in 4.5 hr territory
A logic flaw was identified related to inflated hours worked in the office being shown. The error is being corrected now.

" I think it’s because you could see everyone’s time before."
No, you could not. Unless you had direct reports. Otherwise, you could only view your own UID.
The report was probably taken down because they probably filtered out DEI related employees. It may have become obvious that the report was only monitoring the ones that were being pressured and targeted. Think like they do.
I think it’s because you could see everyone’s time before. Was in it earlier and it changed no longer showed others just my time now.
Anytime referring to this report, make sure you use the synonym “broken” the broken presence report. Oh, you mean that broken presence report? Yes I wish it wasn’t so broken and more accurate…
