If you look at the executives compensation, some of that taxable constantation shows personal use of the company's private jets so the fact that they're looking for another pilot doesn't surprise me.
The company has several Gulfstream jets and multiple pilots on staff. None of the jets are registered to Fiserv, but instead owned by PNC.
