Ugh. So many of us lost AIP eligibility last year on the government side
Award statement will be in workday on March 1st but leaders should inform you prior. Payroll A aip will be in march 14 paycheck and payroll b will be march 7th. You must still be employed to receive it per the new rules this year.
Yep, no payout to those that no longer work there, I think it is even sooner than that of Feb, I think it is in Jan'ish=no payout
@dw+1jmjhe9br They have changed that there is a new policy if you voluntarily leave before February 15th you are no longer eligible for AIP payments in March.
I don’t see in workday where our award statement is. Anyone see theirs?
FYI, if you have left Humana, they will still payout your bonus if you have worked any of the period where it was earned, pro rated of course. I know as a former Associate.
Yep and those who departed earlier this year and those P1s and below get nothing. It really stinks!
@a4+1jmjhe9br Nope glad you know look how many associates won’t get it who really need it who make $16 and $17 an hour. P1 and below won’t get anything meanwhile executives are constantly filling there pockets and we get the crust of the pizza .
Payout first paycheck in March along with salary adjustment.
Raise amounts available to review on Friday 02/20.
