Normally AIP results would have came out in an email by now with quarter 4 results but it can’t be found anywhere. When the question is asked it’s not it will be discussed through a leader between certain dates what’s up with that?

Everyone does NOT get AIP anymore. Humana continues to prove by their actions, regardless of their words, that only certain team members are valued and appreciated.

From my understanding AIP or a pay raise is never guaranteed.

AIP% released to all on 02/20.
Raise information released to managers on 02/21.
Associate Communication for 2023 with AIP enterprise performance percentage was sent last year on Jan 18, 2024. Communication seems to be lagging this year, not sure this is a good sign!
It is. The information was provided at the end of Jan 2023.
Last year we knew in January that AIP was gonna be 30%.
My understanding is that the info is supposed to come out after the board meeting. So, the expectation is that we would hear on 02/21 - Friday. I don't think that's different than the usual timeline.
