Maybe its just me? It sure seems like Verizon is in freefall mode now. Hans is awol. There is no direction it's all helter skelter. Everyday it gets harder and harder to come into this dumpster fire. I don't really see anything on the horizon that will change things for the better.

I hear you. Been doing it in Retail for 10+ years and I'm ready to GTFO before this thing hits the ocean floor. Once the 36 month upgrade cycle hits, retail will be dead IMO
