The situation here is not nearly as bad as it could be, considering how poorly managed the company is. I am looking for a new job because I know in advance that any new change that our leadership makes will make things even worse. I absolutely do not remember the last time a change made anything better. You?

I always have to wonder why someone who "left 3 year ago" is still trolling Verizon's page. Honestly, 'Glad I left' are you working now or just trying to stir up drama?
I gladly left 3 years ago as the environment was very Toxic to the point of causing me to become physically sick. It's very sad and unacceptable that management was and still is allowed to mistreat employees and just look the other way. They need to be held accountable for the emotional and mental abuse inflicted upon each and every employee.
No. They have never really changed things for the better. The only time things change for the better is when they cheerlead something we never asked for or when there is a system update to something that should have never been broken in the first place or was always broken and people have been complaining about for ever.
