When AK was cut in June, marketing was shuffled into individual Zoom calls and told verbally, but directed not to share anything on Slack (communications were being tracked, they said). When JL was cut, it was much of the same.
Has anything been communicated about the massive re-orgs? Or are JM, SC, and LJE just hoping no one will notice while employee experience, morale, and motivation take an epic dive?
I hope MBA programs take what's happened at Oracle as a case study on how not to manage workforces, because there are some obvious lessons here.
