Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Large outages caused by lack of investment

Keep rolling in, but they keep telling everyone that they prioritize the customer?

Lies.

What do you get when you don’t invest in your network, treat employees like prisoners so they hate you, and give a service guarantee to customers?

“Now that that’s cleared up, which of the C level jelly jam pasty white faces will take responsibility for the outage?”

This is funny for a lot of reasons. You should probably look up who the SVP of network is.

"got news for them. The network is so fragile you could have a major outage at any given moment.

The employees save this place from disaster ever single day."

Don't worry, our customers have the AT&T guarantee! A coupon for $5 worth of accessories, or $0.37 for a days worth of outage . . . assuming 10 towers and 4 data centers within 3 miles of your house were out.

Remember, YOU are the GUARANTEE.

Saw this posted recently and thought to myself, then why is NEO one of the lowest paid groups? We ki-l ourselves week in and week out. Never any recognition or extra pay. And yes, the outage counts per week are going up and up.

DOGE is cutting waste, fraud and organized theft, but I get the point.
Now that that’s cleared up, which of the C level jelly jam pasty white faces will take responsibility for the outage?

They’ve been cutting costs like DOGE for years.
Then they cut off their nose to spite their face with how they treat employees.

What could possibly go wrong?

They thought they built a ln autonomous network with redundancy that doesn’t fail.

I got news for them. The network is so fragile you could have a major outage at any given moment.

The employees save this place from disaster ever single day.

Keep abusing your employees. I’m sure they’ll keep bending over backwards to save your azz.
