Why doesn’t the stock price reflect that we are losing clients? Could it be the books are cooked longer than chili?

My product is supposed to be a shining example of what Fiserv is capable and we're hemorrhaging good employees. I know two people who quit because of burnout, and easily 8+ because they were remote and weren't going to move hundreds of miles for Fiserv. Every single person were the kind of employees the company should have made sure they stuck around. Hard workers, knowledgeable, etc.

Frank will be long gone before the S**T hits the fan. You need to plant seeds to grow things, Frank has been uprooting things and cutting down the forest because it looks good on the books for the next 2-3 years. After that, Fiserv is cooked. I've seen the client surveys and our numbers are going down quarter to quarter.

Anyone is sales will tell you that it's 10x harder to get a new customer than to keep an existing one. We will start losing more and more customers as more agile companies eat Fiserv's lunch.

The stock is completely artificially inflated. Whats going to happen once the jig is up and the emperor is shown to have no clothes?

the stock price says the following

  • too many layoffs and not enough people left to do high quality work
  • SVPs beating their budgets by $20mm+ and celebrating it with the execs then paying employees less each year (bonus erosion)
  • Not having enough people to do work and mandating 8-9 hours of work per day via sapience and badge swipes
  • hiring v expensive temp workers to fill gaps where you over cut ( quality)
  • not signing half as many new customers as you used to and pulling in anything that was slated for later in the q via spiv payments to have people work evenings and weekends
  • motivating your employees by saying ‘this is your f’ing job’ when anyone brings up quality concerns
  • svp and up talking massive bonus while everyone else gets peanuts.
  • zero training offered do it on your own dime in your own tine
  • i could go on. the stock price reflects how badly the company has been squeezed to death. New guys gonna have a rude awakening when he picks through the corpse FB leaves behind

@ac+1jm7ma2y4 It just shows how fudged the numbers are. We will see how fast it falls in coming quarters now that they can't just buy their way out of competing.

The stock price is telling how bad you are underpaid and how hard being squeezed.

All the dead bodies in the closet coming soon. Client cancellations with big deals and bad integrations and underwhelming software take time to get rid of.
