Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

What a tyrant these higher ups are

Pretty sure they gave our hero his job back only because it would make the firm’s reputation look bad if news broke out. I don’t think it’s out of sincerity so nope, bad rep still not changed even when they have a change of heart. This RTO bs really rings out the evil of these people in the firm

I suspect they were worried about a lawsuit and after consulting with HR, confirmed to the employee involved that they still had their job. However, my guess they will likely now make things so unpleasant for him in his job over the next 6 - 12 months and scrutinise him so closely that he will want to leave. If he is still at JPM, his performance may suffer because of the stress, he will be put on a PIP and eventually be kicked out. Enough time will have elapsed such that it can’t be linked to this event but it will be because it and he will eventually be gone.

“You slackers are only whining because you're trying to cover your tracks now after being caught using mouse movers to hide the fact you are goofing off at home instead of putting in an honest days or work.

It's called wage theft and that is exactly what you slackers are doing. You should all be fired and receive absolutely no unemployment benefits.”

I smell a lawsuit brewing. JPM has peaked. I dumped all my stock last week. Would encourage others to do the same.
