Yes, I agree, let's be clear. Posters on this site often report RTO abuses, age and race discrimination, hostile work environment, OSHA violations, unfair layoffs, etc., going on now for a few years. Have all these reportedly illegal practices made any impact to the way T is doing business? Other than one or two individual only cases, there has been nothing in the news on T lawsuits or class action suits. Can anyone please post a reference to a court case where employees 'won' on any of the abuses posted on this site? Actually, this site is a gold mine for anyone in HR to use for PPT presentations to propose RTO, layoffs, etc. I'm not saying that what's been reported on here is either true or false, but it would seem that if nothing has resulted in changing the way T operates, then it must be legal, and the issues are personal or opinions.
