What do you mean if you're white or over 50 you aren't moving?
Share your inside information, please, so I can tell all the white/older employees in my org that they aren't serious about the letters we're getting.

I wish my co-workers would quit whining about RTO. It is a done deal (mandate) from the CEO. Stop talking about it.
