OH MY GOD I KNOW. HOW INCOMPETENT CAN ONE COMPANY BE!!!!!!!
I REALLY F*CKING DESPISE FISERV!!!!
I am sure I am not the only person who's FI uses Fiserv. We are so integrated with them that it would take years to completely leave them. We launched a new feature today, and it as been a sh-t show!!!!!!!
Do you have a Relationship and/or Account Manager - if so get them to escalate.
That’s the thing. You shouldn’t have to escalate. 30-60 day SLA.
Oh I agree. I’ve worked at a bank that uses them for 20+ years and service has SU-KED post Covid.

I'm a consumer who uses a community bank and they use fiserv. After the recent security update in November, it broke all connections with 3rd party financial apps, like those that go thru plaid and other such apps. My bank has had multiple tickets open with fiserv since the week before Thanksgiving and they still have not gotten an answer from fiserv about when it'll be fixed. The worst part is, it's not happening with national banks. So those of us who support local community banks are getting sc--wed during the holiday season.

Just from what I've heard about fiserv here on reddit, I'm not holding my breath it'll be fixed before the holidays. Long term, I'll have to think about whether I can afford to continue using a local bank if they're going to be disproportionately affected by fiserv outages (this has happened at least one other time since I started using 3rd party financial apps this past year...).
Fu-k fiserv. All my homies hate fiserv. They pitch their products to a bunch of boomers that don’t understand technology, but get too much say in the decision, then promise all these great things as if they’re all included and fully functional. Then surprise every thing is modular and sh-t anyways.
They promise the world, then you're told "oh the new system can't do that." Or, if you're on DNA, they make enhancements as an app or an add on your FI had to buy.
Oh I agree. I’ve worked at a bank that uses them for 20+ years and service has SU-KED post Covid.
I’ve been dealing with them for a few years, and day in and day out my hatred grows larger.

They sing the praises of analyst reports BUT don’t get any hope of decent raises…if you get little to nothing that means maybe one or two got great raise percentage..don’t wait too long here to figure this out..
